Christie Patrick

Executive Director
Christie re-joined Topeka Presbyterian Manor in October 2021 after serving as executive director at Lawrence Presbyterian Manor since July 2015. No stranger to Presbyterian Manor, Christie served in a variety of roles at the Topeka campus from 1998 to 2015, most recently as Health Services Administrator. She holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in business administration from Baker University. She completed her Administrator in Training with Kansas Adult Care Executives and is a licensed Adult Care Home Administrator in Kansas. Christie’s previous positions at Presbyterian Manor include certified nurse assistant, certified medication aide, medical records assistant and business administrator. She was a fellow in the 2014 LeadingAge Kansas Center for Leadership program and a member of Kansas Adult Care Homes Executives.

Chris Phelps

Senior Living Sales Specialist
Chris joined Presbyterian Manor in June 2021. He previously worked in senior Medicare sales, telecom sales and consulting, and in media and marketing. He also held a Kansas Private Investigator license. Chris is very civic-minded, looking to improve his city. He was recently a city council candidate. He also serves as media coordinator for his church and volunteers in multiple areas for the needy. Chris enjoys spending time with his family and many know him as an avid skydiver who spends most weekends jumping. When not in the air he also likes to scuba dive and snorkel.

Trisha Bahr

Director of Rehab
Trisha joined Presbyterian Manor in October 2014 as director of rehab services. She has previously worked as rehab director in other Topeka area senior living communities and as a physical therapy assistant. She has a bachelor of arts degree from Washburn University with a degree in exercise science and an associate's of science with an emphasis in physical therapy assistant. She is a certified physical therapy assistant and is certified in interactive metronome therapy and manual therapy approaches. Outside work, Trisha coaches a youth fast pitch softball team and enjoys watching her three children participate in various activities.

Jodi Broxterman

DIRECTOR OF NURSING
Jodi joined Presbyterian Manor in May 2019 after 23 years working in the long-term care field. She was a CNA in high school before becoming a CMA. SHe earned LPN status at the age of 24, but did not pursue her RN until more recently. After she earned her degree, she advanced from charge nurse to assistant director of nursing to director of nursing. Jodi is married and has three children.

Ashley Zeckser

Social Services Director
Ashley joined Topeka Presbyterian Manor in 2000. She received a bachelor’s degree in social work from the University of Kansas. Before joining Topeka Presbyterian Manor, Ashley was a student intern at Plaza West Regional Health Center. She is a licensed baccalaureate social worker in the state of Kansas. She is also certified to complete client assessment referral evaluations level 1 for the Jayhawk Area Agency on Aging and is approved to provide field instruction for the Washburn University Social Work program. Other affiliations include membership in the National Association of Social Workers and the Kansas Chapter of the National Association of Social Workers. She is also active in her church.

Kelley Hamersky

Business Office Manager
Kelley joined Topeka Presbyterian Manor in July 2020 after working at a local veterinary hospital for 24 years. She has a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the University of Missouri, even though she spent most of her college years at Kansas State. Kelly loves animals, especially horses. She rides as often as possible and her office is cover with horse photos. She's even decorated several of the halls at the Manor with canvas pictures of her farm. Between working at a vet hospital and the Manor, Kelley says she fulfilled her love for both animals and seniors.
